PRICE REDUCED!! 62" Glimakra Sovereign Loom, 10S, 12T, Steel Beams

Available as Counterbalance, may be converted to Countermarche. This loom is the same as the Glimakra “Standard” sold today but it has 5 tubular steel powder coated beams. The metal beams allow for high tension, suitable for weaving rugs to lace. With a hanging beater, it is ergonomic too. This loom was purchased in Sweden by the original owner in 1979 and shipped to U.S. I purchased the loom in 1985 weaving table linens, blankets, and yardage until 1995 when life moved me to other pursuits. In 2006 I returned to my Sovereign to resume my first love (along with my garden), continuing weaving until 2016 when life intervened once again. The loom is still set-up in my studio waiting for the next person to cherish it.
